The ‘Website’ (www.harperjewllery.com.au) is operated by HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD (ABN 19 682 534 676). The Website provides you with an opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the Website (the 'Products'). The Website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the Website (the 'Purchase Services'). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately. HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD reserves the right to stop selling a product.

PURCHASES 

In order to make a purchase on the Website, you will be required to provide personal information about yourself - such as contact details including your address, email and phone number.

It is your responsibility that the information you give to HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD in the course of completing the purchase process will always be accurate, correct and up to date. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. By purchasing on www.harperjewellery.com.au you are in agreement with all the terms & conditions as stated on this webpage and that you are over 18 years of age or have parental permission.


PAYMENTS

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through (the 'Payment Gateway Provider'). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers. 

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

CREDIT CARDS

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Stripe payments.

PAYPAL

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.

AFTERPAY

When selecting the Afterpay option, you will be directed to the Afterpay site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD you will be issued with an order confirmation email to confirm that the payment has been received and HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD may record your purchase details for future use. The confirmation email also provides you with a tax invoice.

Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING

At our discretion, we can choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. 

The delivery confirmation is our acceptance of your order. You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD integrate delivery (the 'Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the 'Delivery Service Providers')

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD asks that you: contact the Delivery Service Provider directly or contact us by sending an email to customercare@harperjewellery.com.au outlining in what way the Products were damaged or lost in transit so we are able to determine if a claim on any insurance options are available. 

You acknowledge that HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services. 

PRICE

In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price'). The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include goods and services tax (GST). We may, at our discretion, change the prices and delivery costs shown on the Website. 

International shipping cost is depending on location and duties and taxes will be calculated and payable at checkout.

CURRENCY

Prices for all products are listed in AUD, for international orders a conversion from AUD to the currency of your form of payment will take place at check out.

FAULTS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, your item will be replaced. Please email customercare@harperjewellery.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item, with your order number and a clear image and description of the fault.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All taxes and custom fees and duties will be the responsibility of the customer and vary between countries.

MARKETING

By consenting to HARPER JEWELLERY AUST PTY LTD email marketing at the checkout or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive recurring and email notifications, marketing offers and transactional emails including review requests and abandoned checkout reminders. 

Please note, email frequency varies during seasonal promotions and certain times of the year. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving email marketing, please follow prompts on the email .

RETURNS

Australia Domestic Returns

Please post the item back to us unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a credit note valid for 12 months. We would not accept the return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging. Please note that custom-made orders of a bespoke nature would not be eligible for a return.

The return postage cost would be at the customer’s expense, we do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. 

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

International Returns

International customers would need to initiate the return within 30 days of receipt of the product and is responsible for the return postage cost, we recommend returning your order with a tracking number. Please note that custom-made orders of a bespoke nature would not be eligible for a return.

After our customer service team has accessed the return item, we would issue you a credit note valid for 12 months. We would not accept the return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging.

We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We also cannot refund international taxes and duties incurred in the event you wish to make a return.
