Please allow 1–3 business days for express delivery after your order has been dispatched.All parcels are shipped with full tracking and require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind.

We offer a flexible 30-day return window for change-of-mind purchases on unworn, non-custom pieces in their original condition and packaging.
Should you wish to return an item, we will provide a Harper Jewellery store credit, valid for life, so you can choose another piece at your leisure.
Custom and made-to-order items are considered final sale unless faulty.

At Harper Jewellery, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. As a testament to our commitment, we offer a lifetime workmanship warranty, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
If you believe your piece exhibits a manufacturing fault, you may return it to us for an inspection. Should we determine that the issue arises from a defect in workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost. Please note that repairs typically require 4–6 weeks to complete. This warranty extends to custom-made bespoke pieces as well.
