• Lab Diamonds: Our lab-grown diamonds are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). The certification guarantees that each stone is of the highest quality, with full details on its cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight.

  *We will provide a grouped IGI certificate for tennis bracelets.

• Moissanite: A gemstone of extraordinary brilliance and resilience, moissanite possesses a unique allure distinct from diamonds and is not certified in the same manner. We meticulously select only the finest moissanite, ensuring each stone upholds our exacting standards of clarity, radiance, and craftsmanship.

  For those seeking additional assurance, we are pleased to offer a GRA certificate upon request. While GRA is a third-party grading report rather than an industry-standard certification, it serves as an added testament to the quality of our stones. As our moissanite already meets the highest benchmarks of excellence, we do not automatically include certification with every purchase. This thoughtful approach streamlines our process, reduces unnecessary materials, and allows us to maintain competitive pricing. However, should you desire a GRA certificate, we will gladly arrange one at no extra cost for stones above 0.1ct.

If you believe your piece exhibits a manufacturing fault, you may return it to us for an inspection. Should we determine that the issue arises from a defect in workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost. Please note that repairs typically require 4–6 weeks to complete. This warranty extends to custom-made bespoke pieces as well.
